I really like the South Pole collection in the junior department at Penny’s (all on sale right now) and here’s a web site for their on line stuff. Since its juniors probably a size 9 in the jackets because I like them loose. Pants would be a small or perhaps a 7 again since it’s juniors. They have these in the stores, too.
